To delete an entire gallery all you need to do is select the gallery you plan to delete. Select the delete gallery (paper shredder) icon in the upper right of the screen. You will receive a message "do you really want to delete". If yes, select the "yes" button and your gallery will be delete. If you do delete a gallery you will need to upload all the images again if you decide to recreate the gallery.
To delete a product just login, hover over the pink shop tab, select the "my products" link from the drop down menu and select the paper shredder icon to the right of the product.
