Can't add more pages

Hi Sharon,

We will look into this, and also will be adding a way to add a bunch of pages at once when you have already created a book.

An auto-fill option is also high on the list.

I can't get past the first page! I have 139 pages for my book, and all the files I can upload is 10. When I click the button to add more spaces for files, nothing happens.
